At ZYDOT, we want you to love what you receive. If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer the following options:

● Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your product.

● Items can be:

○ Exchanged for another product from our catalog

○ Or you may opt for a store credit (valid for 6 months for both online & offline purchases)

Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, we will:

● Dispatch your exchange product, or

● Issue store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges)

Please Note:

● Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

● Customers are required to self-ship returnable products to our address, and bear the return shipping cost.

● No return, exchange, or cancellation is applicable on sale items.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a defective piece.

● Please email clear images of the defect to info@zydot.com within 12 hours of delivery.

● Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Cancellation Policy

● Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or dispatched.

● For cancellations, please email us at info@zydotofficial.com with your order details.

● Approved cancellations will be refunded via store credit.

Please note, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been processed.
